AUTO VEIL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions that apply when purchasing products, booking services, requesting quotes, or using Auto Veil’s website and services.
Last Updated: May 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, quotes, appointments, installations, inspections, repairs, warranty claims, communications, and website use involving Auto Veil.
By doing business with Auto Veil, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to approve work on the vehicle, and responsible for all charges, approvals, and instructions provided to Auto Veil.
2. Services Provided
Auto Veil may provide automotive protection and appearance services including, but not limited to, paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coating, detailing, vinyl wrap, product sales, installation services, inspections, consultations, and related automotive services.
Service availability may change at any time. Some services may be marked as coming soon, unavailable, limited, or subject to inspection before approval.
3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing
All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change after in-person inspection, vehicle condition review, material selection, coverage area, labor requirements, paint condition, contamination, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or customer-requested changes.
Quotes are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Auto Veil. Auto Veil reserves the right to correct pricing errors, refuse inaccurate quotes, revise estimates, or decline work before service begins.
Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles, complex body panels, difficult removals, damaged paint, excessive dirt, pet hair, adhesive residue, old film removal, prior tint removal, custom cuts, special-order material, rush requests, after-hours work, or additional labor discovered during service.
4. Deposits, Payments & Balances
Auto Veil may require a deposit before ordering materials, reserving appointment time, beginning work, or confirming a booking. Deposits are used to reserve labor time, materials, scheduling availability, and preparation for your service.
Unless Auto Veil states otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, labor is scheduled, preparation has begun, or the appointment is within the cancellation window.
Full payment is due upon completion of service and before the vehicle is released. Auto Veil may withhold release of the vehicle, products, records, warranty documents, or completed materials until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Returned payments, chargebacks, failed payments, disputed payments, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection activity, cancellation of warranty coverage, refusal of future service, and recovery of costs allowed by law.
5. Appointments, Scheduling & Vehicle Drop-Off
Appointment times are estimates and may change due to workload, vehicle condition, material availability, staffing, weather, curing time, equipment issues, delays from previous jobs, or other business needs.
Customers must arrive on time and provide accurate contact information. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, reduced service time, cancellation, or additional fees.
Vehicles must be dropped off with sufficient fuel or charge, working keys, access to locked compartments if needed, and no personal items that may interfere with service.
6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for disclosing all known vehicle issues before service, including repainting, bodywork, previous film or tint installation, prior damage, paint defects, electrical issues, leaks, aftermarket parts, loose trim, sensors, cameras, alarms, wraps, coatings, or any other condition that may affect the service.
Auto Veil is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak paint, poor repaint work, hidden defects, rust, oxidation, rock chips, scratches, dents, clear coat failure, loose trim, broken clips, aged rubber, aftermarket parts, electrical faults, sensor issues, camera issues, or damage caused by prior work performed by another shop.
Some installation work may require cleaning, prep, disassembly, trimming, squeegeeing, heat, adhesives, liquids, blades, tools, or pressure. While Auto Veil takes reasonable care, the customer understands that certain risks are inherent in automotive installation and customization work.
7. Paint Protection Film, Tint, Ceramic Coating & Wrap Limitations
Paint protection film, tint, ceramic coating, vinyl wrap, and related services are protective or appearance-enhancing services. They do not make a vehicle damage-proof, scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, accident-proof, or maintenance-free.
Minor installation characteristics may be normal, including small dust particles, minor texture, slight edge visibility, stretch marks, small water pockets during curing, minor relief cuts, film seams, pattern edges, or slight variation between panels.
Window tint shade, appearance, heat rejection, visibility, and final look may vary depending on glass type, lighting, factory privacy glass, interior color, viewing angle, and product selected.
Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance. Coatings do not prevent all scratches, water spots, etching, chemical damage, bird dropping damage, bug damage, or improper wash damage.
8. Customer Approval & Authorization
By approving a quote, paying a deposit, signing documents, communicating approval by text/email/message, or leaving a vehicle with Auto Veil for service, the customer authorizes Auto Veil to perform the approved work.
If additional work is recommended, Auto Veil may request approval before proceeding. However, the customer is responsible for reviewing all quotes, invoices, service descriptions, coverage areas, and product selections before authorizing work.
9. Warranty Terms & Limitations
Warranty coverage depends on the product, service, material manufacturer, installation type, vehicle condition, maintenance history, and warranty documents provided at the time of service.
Warranty coverage is not automatic and may require inspection, proof of purchase, maintenance records, photos, original invoice, and confirmation that the issue is covered under the applicable warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impact, rock chips, scratches, improper washing, pressure washing edges, chemicals, neglect, abuse, racing, off-road use, vandalism, weather events, customer-caused damage, third-party repairs, unauthorized removal, or pre-existing vehicle defects.
Auto Veil reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty repair, replacement, partial correction, goodwill adjustment, or denial.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Customers must provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Auto Veil may charge cancellation, rescheduling, storage, material, or no-show fees when appointments are missed, changed late, or cancelled after preparation has begun.
Deposits may be forfeited for missed appointments, late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, custom material orders, special-order products, or appointments cancelled within the cancellation window.
Auto Veil reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for abusive behavior, unsafe vehicles, inaccurate information, nonpayment, repeated no-shows, unreasonable demands, or any situation that Auto Veil determines is unsafe or inappropriate.
11. Storage, Abandoned Vehicles & Delayed Pickup
Customers must pick up vehicles promptly after completion or when notified. Auto Veil may charge storage fees for vehicles not picked up within the required pickup window.
Auto Veil is not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, battery drain, or damage after the customer fails to pick up the vehicle within a reasonable time after notice of completion.
12. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, electronics, cash, documents, firearms, accessories, and loose items from the vehicle before drop-off.
Auto Veil is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Veil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from services, delays, products, website use, installation outcomes, warranty decisions, or vehicle-related issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Veil’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Auto Veil is not responsible for diminished vehicle value, loss of use, rental vehicles, rideshare costs, missed appointments, business losses, emotional distress, inconvenience, or third-party charges.
14. Photos, Videos & Marketing Use
Unless the customer objects in writing before service begins, Auto Veil may photograph or record vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, portfolio, advertising, website, and social media use.
Auto Veil will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally display private personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive documents visible inside the vehicle.
15. Reviews, Feedback & Public Statements
Customers may share honest feedback about their experience. Auto Veil may request that customers contact the business first to allow an opportunity to resolve concerns, but nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent lawful, honest customer reviews.
Customers agree not to publish false statements, threats, harassment, confidential business information, edited misleading content, or claims that they know are inaccurate.
16. Website Information
Website content, service descriptions, photos, pricing examples, timelines, warranties, and availability are for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.
Photos on the website may show example results. Actual results vary depending on vehicle condition, product selection, installation area, color, lighting, maintenance, and other factors.
17. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, photos, designs, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Auto Veil and may not be copied, reused, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any claim, the customer agrees to contact Auto Veil in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle, review the concern, and attempt to resolve the issue.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Georgia, unless another location is required by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
Auto Veil may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website. Continued use of the website, booking of services, or purchase of products after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
